Frequently asked questions
Are the transfers private?
Yes. Each transfer is for your group only, with its own vehicle and driver-guide. There are no shared shuttles. The vehicle is chosen for the size of your group.
Can we stop along the way?
Yes. Most routes have stops we suggest, such as Óbidos, Nazaré, Fátima, the Alentejo coast or the Douro Valley, and you decide which ones to make. A transfer with stops takes longer than a direct drive, so tell us how much time you have.
Do you meet guests at the airport and cruise terminals?
Yes. Your driver waits for you at arrivals at Lisbon airport or at the cruise terminal, with a sign with your name, and helps with your luggage.
Do you drive to Spain?
Yes. We run private transfers between Lisbon and Seville, and between Lisbon and Madrid, with suggested stops on both routes.
How do I book a transfer?
Open the transfer you need, choose a date in the calendar and send your request. If your route is not listed, write to us with your dates, places and number of travellers.
