The route runs down through the Alentejo and Algarve coast: Samouqueira, Vila Nova de Milfontes, Almograve, Cabo Sardão, Praia de Odeceixe, Castelo de Aljezur and Arrifana. It's mostly smaller roads and coastal viewpoints rather than motorway, so the driving comes to about 4 to 6 hours, spread across the day with stops rather than back to back. The driving time depends on where you are staying in the Algarve: between Lagos and Sagres it is about 4 hours.
At the end of the day, we can drop you off anywhere in the Algarve, or turn around and take you back to Lisbon at no extra charge, so this works equally well as a one-way transfer to start an Algarve stay, or as a long round-trip day out from Lisbon.
