Your day, stop by stop

Pick-up and the drive to the Algarve
Pick-up on the Vicentine Coast

We collect you privately from your hotel or accommodation anywhere between Troia and Odeceixe on the Vicentine Coast in the morning. From there it's a scenic drive south to the Algarve. Your driver-guide is with you the whole day, in a private, air-conditioned vehicle just for your group.

Boat trip to the Benagil sea caves
Benagil sea caves

Once we reach the coast near Benagil, you'll join a short boat trip out to see the sea caves — this is the part of the day where the boat is shared with other visitors, since it's the only practical way to reach the caves from the water. Depending on sea conditions, the boat trip can run in the morning or the afternoon. You'll see the arched cave with the sandy beach inside, along with the surrounding cliffs and rock formations, from a vantage point you can't get on foot.

Lagos and lunch on the coast
Lagos

After the boat trip we usually stop near Lagos, where a typical restaurant is nearby if you'd like lunch — this isn't included in the price, so you pay directly on site for whatever you order.

The way back
Return

From here, the return is flexible: straight back to your accommodation, some time on the south beaches, or a scenic drive back along the Vicentine coast taking in more of the west-facing beaches — whichever you'd prefer, just let your driver-guide know.

This tour isn't suitable for babies or infants, and infant seats aren't available, so children need to be at least 4 years old. It also isn't wheelchair- or stroller-accessible, and we don't recommend it if you have back problems or are pregnant. Pets can't come along either.

This is a private pick-up — just tell us your accommodation name and address when you book. If you're staying anywhere between Troia and Odeceixe on the Vicentine Coast but your accommodation isn't listed, let us know after booking; there's no extra charge for pickup within that area.
